Added new TSB 19-059 - Service Manual Update: Evaporative Emission (EVAP) Control Diagram.

I test drove Q3 and RDX I like RDX far more because the maintenance isn't expensive like Audi and Insurance are more affordable. Q3 only the premium plus s line worth to get and which will cost about the same as RDX. Might as well get a bigger SUV.
