2014 Acura TL started stuttering/running rough in low gear over the weekend

Hi everyone, I have a 2014 Acura TL. I was on a long road trip this past weekend and, on my way home, my car started running pretty rough when I accelerated from a complete stop, especially if going slow in traffic. Car kind of started shaking and just didn't run smoothly when in low gear. Any thoughts/ideas on what it could be? I read a few threads about doing a full transmission fluid flush and how it could help, but not sure if it felt like a transmission issue or a sensor/intake issue. No warning indicator lights or check engine lights. Thanks in advance for any insight!

How are you fluid levels? Could be bad gas too, did you make sure you pumped good quality Premium during the road trip?

Trying using a bottle of Lucas Upper Cylinder Management. I run a bottle every once in awhile cause occasionally I’ll buy a cheap brand of gas. Also Redline Fuel System Cleaner is wonderful as well and I use that every oil change, keeps my TL running heathy.
