Did anyone on here recently trade a silver/ebony 2012 SH-AWD Advance in Rockville, MD? Would like to know if the former owner is online and if I could ask a few questions.

I continue to be amazed at how many people offer "work arounds" to solve functionality issues with the RDX as satisfactory answers to problems (e.g. when the radio doesn't work just turn it off and restart it; when you can't change channels with the left thumbwheel, use the touch pad the manually change channels which will cause the thumbwheel to start working) . My first car's starter broke. All I had to do was put it in first gear and compression start the car. Easy! However, the RDX cost me over $50k and I do not think work arounds are ok.

I have been trying to work with American Honda. They offer the worst service. In contrast, I have never had trouble getting help from GM with my 2017 Denali.
