Brake lights are LED.... turn signal and other lamps are bulbs.

If your tail-brake light is out it's gonna be expensive to replace. The LED light is embedded into the tail light assembly.

OEM is about $375 for each side
I would spend some time to diagnose the problem to verify if indeed the LED light is malfunctioning.
Amazon has aftermarket assemblies (a pair) for about $370
RockAuto has aftermarket assemblies for about $147 each.

I've installed TYC headlight assemblies on my son's 2004 Accord and they fit very well.
But those assemblies utilized standard bulbs and not LED.
I also utilized a TYC radiator/AC full fan assembly (including electric motors) on his car and they have been working fine for about 10 months (~9,000 miles)
