I think they might stick out a bit too much, do you have a side view?

I bought these ones here:

STAINLESS STEEL DUAL EXHAUST TIPS 4.0 2.5 ACURA 04-08 TLS . 09-11 TL . 12-14 TL eBay

These seem to be the most popular. I live in Canada and they cost me 170 CAD plus 60CAD for shipping plus 16.50CAD for import duties per a bill from fedex. They arrived in a week and were exactly as advertised. They are welded directly to the mufflers. But they are too long for my 2012 TL. The guy that I paid to put them on chopped off a half inch from them, they still stick out maybe another half inch from the bumper which I said was acceptable, if I were to do it again I would probably get a full inch chopped off so they are completely flush with the bumper. I paid the guy 60CAD to install them. I still like them where they are though sticking out that tiny bit I think it makes it look even more aggressive. So it should be noted they come too long and need to be modified (about an inch needs to be chopped off) and they are 2.5 inch pipes, the stock pipes on this model TL are 2.25 inch. So they either need an adapter or to be welded directly to the mufflers.

Hey looking for other options for larger tips for the stock mufflers as I don't care for the extra noise.

Anyone else have different exhaust tips they installed onto the stock mufflers?

Thanks.

I would say ebay is your best bet. They have a variety of different tips to choose from. Lots of styles and sizes. I think the 4' I got are the largest or they may have 4.5 inch. I got these for the same reason because I wanted the look but didn't want the car to be any louder. People always assume its a full exhaust and often ask me if it is. I am also looking forward to getting a jpipe and hfpc which should give it a slightly different sound without being much louder.

hi
So you took about 1.5 to 2" off for these tips to flush with the bumper?
I'm about to get them from Ebay but I also found the other with larger diameter..
These tips look good on your car ...
