2011 Acura TL SH-AWD headlights
Just a quick dumb question. Does the 2012 Acura TL black bezel headlights fit the 2011 Acura TL? I have done my good diligence and found multiple confirmations on that they do in fact but having a post with direct answers about this would be reassuring because I will be dropping about 2k+ on getting them. So more reinsurance that they do fit, the better. Please let me know. Thank you in advance!

Yes, the headlights fit perfectly. Not sure how it is costing you that much unless you are having Custom work done to them. Depo brand which is a very good aftermarket is around $650 USD. a pair.
Here in Toronto where I am, aftermarket cost around $450 / 500 CAN a piece. Cost aside, they fit.

I am thinking about doing jewel eyes to them but its a hard debate with myself. I can justify spending so much money on a gamble if they work or not because the shop i talked to told me no refund if they fail to get them to work properly. Which in it's own is a concern. Unless there is another shop that can do them for cheaper.
Personally, if a shop cannot guarantee it's work then I would think twice about using their services.Keep in mind that you will have to cut into the body behind the headlights to get that retrofit to fit your car.

The inconvenient truth
That's tough. Make sure they have a good reputation and maybe look around for other places. I would think that a good shop would be able to guarantee you they will "work properly" lol.
