About a year ago my car fell from the left side and they replace everything of the left side Suspension and the left side tire. Now my car is pulling to the left side and when you go more than 60 mph the car pulls hard to the left. Could anyone tell me if I need a wheel alignment or have to replace both front tires or could be something bent. Also my vsa light is on but not Blinking

curious to know more info about the car falling off. What did it fall off from? where it fall off from? in whose care did the car fall off from?
and no, we cannot tell you if you need a wheel alignment or anything else. Because that involves inspecting the vehicle.
We cannot inspect the vehicle's frame measurements or the vehicle's alignment unless you provide those to us.

as a starting point, Get your car aligned and post up the alignment sheet showing us the stats.

I was in a restaurant drive thru and when I left from there my left side Suspension drop right there and could not drive the car.

Mismatched tires could cause that. Incorrectly repaired suspension could also cause that. Or a variety of somethings else.

If certain parts are replaced, an alignment is pretty much guaranteed to be necessary.

Who did the work? Did they do an alignment at the time? Did they try to get you to replace tires in pairs? Do you rotate your tires regularly? Have you really been putting up with this for a year?

Odds are something is not square on something in suspension or unibody. Ever take it to a frame shop just to check all good?
