The inconvenient truth
Call the closest acura dealer to you and ask them to order you a front license plate bracket for a 2010 TL or if you want to shop around they can tell you the part number.

Honestly I bent mine to match the angle and stuck it on w/ outdoor high-strength velcro. It's been there through 3 winters, hitting banks of snow, rain, wind, hurricanes, etc. Hasn't moved a bit, and it's very very low profile, can't even tell there's a bulge or anything like that. It lays basically flat.

Does your state require a front license? If not, I'd just leave it off. Here in Utah, they can site you for it but only if they pull you over for something else and want to be a dick.
