Hey everyone so I've had my 2010 acura tl sh-awd for about a month and I'm loving it but I wanted to get a set of xenon fog lights.. Is this something auto stores would have you think and what size are they

Probably not going to find an HID kit at a local auto parts store. If you did, I would question the quality of it anyway. I would highly recommend shelling out the extra cash for a Morimoto kit. Check out TheRetrofitSource.com.

The Morimoto LED fogs will not fit his TL.

The fog light bulb size is H11.

Please get your grill fully painted and professionally done. It looks terrible.

Morimoti makes an H11 HID kit which will fit... I have it installed in my car.

As an alternative, you can get a kit from HIDeXtra | HID, LED, Xenon Vehicle Headlight Kits & Bulbs. They are not as high quality as the Morimoto (as you can tell from the price) but fortunately the company has excellent customer service so when I've had issues they quickly rectified them.

Keep in mind you'll never get a true match to your low beams. I have 6k aftermarket bulbs and 5k fogs are too white while 6k are too blue.

My mistake, I assumed BDoggPrelude was talking about the Morimoto LED housing kits. I forgot that Morimoto make HID kits as well.

I chatted at retrofit source and they suggested it for 2009 TL. Has anyone just replaced with light kit above. i.e 9005 & h11.

Are you planning on installing an HID kit on existing headlights (plug and play) or are you retrofitting HID projectors as well.
You may also visit (if not already done) Hidplanet.com for more professional opinion on your problem. That is a great forum for lighting related upgrades.
