TSX 05 seats uncomfortable

I am trying to decide btwn 05 TSX and 06 Accord both 4 cylinder w/NAV.

In terms of seating (esp in the back not so much in front) , Accord seems more comfortable in the back because its got full leather. However sitting in the TSX seems a little more stiff. Will this stiffness break in, or have TSX users still have stiff seats after a yr. Also what are the pros and cons of Leather vs Perforated Leather. One seems that Full Leather will crack easier?

I do like the interior better on the TSX but if the seats arent as comfortable I'm doubting my self on changing my pick from TSX to Accord.

full leather looks kinda bad once wrinkled and stuff and the perforated leather breaths better, that means not a sweaty butt

you can't go wrong with both cars.

here's a thread comparing the 06 tsx and 06 accord 4. no major changes from 05 to 06 tsx...

https://acurazine.com/forums/showthr...ght=tsx+accord

if you want to read something specific about the seats for each ride, make a search, and your questions should be answered...

if ur concerned about the leather in the backseat...my question is why? are u buying the car for urself or others? ive never sat in the backseat of my car since i purchased it. i find either cars to be just as comfortable either way.

the leather isnt the softest or nicest... if u want tat, id suggest u wait for the IS cuz the leather is really soft. i got to sit in the car yesterday.

Isn't TSX's seat is suppose to be stiffer since it is a sport sedan?
either way, both Accord and TSX has nice seats...

Well its going to be a family car so there will be times when all 4 of us are going to be in it. I'm more concerned that when we take this on trips that the people who do sit in the back, it will be uncomfortable because it feels stiff and doesnt seem to fit my back nor the rest of our family's backs. It seems more of a tight stiff and I'm wondering if that will go away once it is used?

i havent purchased the TSX yet, but when i test drove the car, my brother and my cousin sat in the back and said it was very tight. you got to know that they are full size men too.
I did have a chance to sit in the back seet of an accord, and to be honest, the back seet of the accord is a lot roomier and is very comfortable!

The perforated leather breathes alot better, flexes better and is of higher quality than the Accord's leather. Comfort is a function of the cushion under the leather, not the leather. I think the TSX is one of the best built cars in the Honda line up and I would pick its interior over the Accord for everything. Obviously, the Accord is smoother over cracks in the road in the TSX but I find the TSX comfortable nonetheless.

As a primarily family sedan, I'd recommend the Accord. It's slightly (but usefully) larger inside and the ride is softer. The TSX's interior is more luxurious and sporty, but also a little smaller and the seats a little stiffer. It's primary purpose was not intended to be family sedan.

We've decided on a TSX!!!! I thikn we will have to get used to it plus you cant beat the price for 27,400. Anyone know what the cost to dealer is on the protection packages, or the indiv cost of wheel locks, splash, mats, and trunk mat
