PWP to CGP-2 cents please

Hey guys so I'm a bit torn, where to start. Well I own a PWP TSX and my brother owns a CGP TSX both 04s. He's moving into NYC so he's getting rid of his car. Now I have 71,000 miles on his while he has 35,000 miles on his. And, so he might be willing to trade cars since he's selling his. The only thing wrong with his whip is I'd have to buy a new front and rear bumpers. As for all my aftermarket parts-I'd be just changing them out for his stocks, I'd only have to get my lip kit painted. What do you guys think, I'll post pics of my PWP, by the way I love Championship White Honda's, that was the whole reasoning behind me getting my TSX in PWP, although I'd have to say I do like the CGP also, that and the electronic blue would have been my second choice. What do you guys think? Give me your

If you like the white, stay with it. Why would you want a CGP when 80% of us have it. LOL

Stick with your car even at 2x the mileage.

Stick with white, plus it probably hides chips better then all the other colors.

i think it depends on your needs/wants. If you need a car for trips and commuting, you might want to consider selling yours and taking his but if you just do normal around town driving and such, and like yours more like you say you do, then keep yours.

The only appealing thing to me is the mileage, but not sure if that's worth changing for, especially if you have to buy new bumpers and paint your kit. Sounds like a pain.

... all that and take all your mods off and then put them on your bro's car. IMHO just keep yours.

I say keep the white. PWP is beautiful when it's all waxed up! Of course...I'm a little biased since my baby is PWP!

I know your brother is willing to trade but are you going to pay him any $$ difference.
Based on mileage only (no mods) roughly there is about $4000 difference between your car and his car.
Do the math : How much extra your brother wants for his car plus front/rear bumper plus mods (Most of your mods could be transferred from the PWP to the CG)
If its less then $4000 then jump on the deal.

How does your brother drive??? I would take that into consideration before thinking of the mileage~cuz i wouldn't want a car that was not treated right.

PWP ftw. I was gonna get CGP but I upgraded to the navi to get my PWP/ebony combo. They only had PWP / Parchment in non-navi at the clearancing of the 2007s... keep the PWP...but white is my favorite color for cars...that and sepang bronze metallic...

sorry for not posting sooner, I decided to keep my original white lady love. I just gave up on it, having to swap all the mods would have been nothing really just a weekend of work. I just figured its gonna cost me too much for the trade, my brother was going to do a clean trade with me, meaning I wouldn't have to pay him anything. Its just buying new bumpers and I noticed his hasn't kept up with the cars maintance. It needed a new battery, oil change, wipers, and some small other things. All in all, it seemed like I was going to have to dish out close to 1g just to put the car where I wanted it. And so I decided to pass.
