New 1st gen 05 TSX Owner

Do's & Dont's

Coppin a 05 Tsx with 175,000 miles on it and I was just looking for any advice on what I should do first with that bad boy. (Mod and maintenance wise) help a young boy out, first car and tryna be out here driving smoov & in style dig me.. hearddddd

Change ATF w/ Honda ATF is a good place to start.

Unless you know that a change occurred w/I a reasonable time frame (2 yrs30k miles) it should be changed. Most expensive component of your car deserves premium treatment.

I'm with TexasHonda with changing ATF along with all other fluids if you don't have a record of the maint (anti-freeze, power steering, brake, ATF). You might include serpentine belt, cabin air filter, engine air filter, and spark plugs if you are not 100% sure when those were changed. Might even do an alignment to make sure you don't have any worn suspension parts like control arm or need a camber adjustment kit.
