I've been trying for a good hour, with no success, to find a part number. The piece that I'm looking for is a small plastic bracket that sits just underneath the headlight, which catches the outermost slot on the top of the bumper, effectively "lifting" the top of the bumper up flush with the bottom of the headlight. It's not shown as a part of the bumper, fender, of headlight assembly, and I just can't seem to find it. None of the junkyards near me have TSX's on the lot, so I can't just go and pull it; will have to order it online. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I have a 2006 - not sure what year your TSX is, but looking at my manual, I think you either have a piece of the "side spacer" or the "upper beam" in your hand. The side spacer is close to the back edge of the headlight and the upper beam is directly underneath the headlight. Both parts have bumper hooks (the beam appears to have 5 hooks, the side spacer appears to have 7).

I suspect it's the side spacer, which per acuraoemparts.com is part number 71198-SEA-003 (left front) or 71193-SEA-003 (right front).

If it's the upper beam, then the part number 71140-SEA-000 (right front) or 71190-SEA-000 (left front).

I just took a closer look at the first picture - it really does look like its the side spacer part.

You are absolutely right. I looked at that part once, but ended up dismissing it as the correct one. On second look, that is definitely it. Below is a photo of the actual part; I just appear to be missing most of it! Many thanks for your help!
