Moonroof controls - Open > Tilt w/o Close, Possible?

Moonroof controls - Open > Tilt w/o Close, Possible?
I got my 2005 TSX this past wednesday and coming from a Jetta the moonroof/window controls in the TSX blow... There's no other way to put it...
I'm over the no auto up/down of passenger windows but the moonroof really bugs me... My question is, why is it that I can go from Tilt to Open by simply holding the open button when the roof is tilted, but I can not go from open > tilt without first closing the roof all the way.... Is my switch all screwed up? Or does everyone have to hold down the close button till it FULLY closes before pressing the tilt button?

Moonroof controls
As a former Passat owner I can relate to your issue with the roof switch! The Vdub sunroof controls are the best I've seen. As for your new TSX my friend - keep doin' what your doin'. You'll enjoy the car so much, you won't mind that it has a few ergonomic quirks. By the way, watch the curbs the first few times you pull a u-turn!
