Hello all,

I'm 22 years old, purchased a 2004 Acura TSX 6speed December 2012

Currently own a 1995 Honda Accord 2dr 5spd

I purchased my TSX for 9k. Clean title, PO was leaving the United States to move to Japan so he was is need of selling it and came across it on CL.

enough with the small talk, on to some pics

these are all just some random shots ive taken...nothing great but it should do for now.

I came across this site while searching for some OEM floor mats, means mine did not come with them.

thanks for reading.

Switched out my flywheel and cluth March 2013..my lovely Father is my mechanic

here we got a redneck cherry picker.. :salook: we have one but my father figured it would be in the way and the car was kind of located in an awkward spot..

since my father isnt charging me...least i could do was buy him his favorite Canadian Whisky--that was his 2nd half gallon ive gotten for him in a week

yeahhh sooo check this out...i honestly didnt do this haha promise! car was already messed up but not as much...got worse over the little amount of time i drove it

made a trip to Seattle this weekend for the NW Built-StanceWars meet...met up with a buddy of mine and picked up some BC-BR coils!

During disassemble of the right rear shock, we somehow managed to break the sway bar end link...

in addition we investigated the weird noise coming from the left rear side caliper and came to the final conclusion that it was seized..there is only wear on one side of the pad. other than that i just need to work on getting my code back for my stereo..looking into buying a rear Ingalls camber kit..also a progressive sway bar..and umm an Aspec lip kit and Type 1 18" Blitz...then that should do

also picked up some OEM window visors..

Looks great. Good start. Only constructive criticism would be to ditch the garage door lip and bolt up an 06 sti lip. You can find a couple TSX owners on google that have done it. As well as I to my ILX.

Keep doing what you're doing.

Looking nice! I'm 21 and have a CGP TSX just like yours, except 06 and 5AT, nice to see a younger crowd

I plan to pick up an A-spec lip kit aswell. When I installed my Tein coilovers, I too broke my swaybar endlinks and replaced them with moog. PITA

My newest mod has been 2005 RL Calipers---350z Brembo Rotors---Stillen brake pads---FFC RL Caliper Brackets

stock set up

Enkei Rpf1 18x8 +35

I tried on my brother in laws Evo 9 wheels 17x8 +38 and they also cleared just fine.--was taking off the bumper also in this pic

The stock 04 tsx wheels did NOT clear the RL Calipers, which we already had predicted

With this picture, we can tell I might be good using a 5mm spacer if I do choose to keep my OEM wheels for my winter setup. MIGHT have to use a 10mm. we will see later on.

FFC Caliper brackets

Since Sergio (toolman) likes to hack shyt up, he went ahead and cut off two pieces from my shield means the Rotors touched them--this picture doesn't show the lower piece he had to cut off as well

Rotor touching the shield

Tomorrow I have an appointment to get my fenders rolled and I will also be going lower.

I would check with your insurance, but removing a safety equipment is usually a big no no and you could face problems if you were ever to get in an accident. I'd bet the insurance company would not pay out.

ya it's true--something I looked into. TSX isn't my main DD so
if I ever want to, I can switch back to OEM

Do you notice a difference in stopping power with the RL calipers? I think the stock calipers are one of the biggest downsides to the TSX.

Also, how do you like your ball shifter?

ok--well, it is upsetting to say that within AN HOUR of picking up my car, he was rear ended.

here's the damage. 8am can't come soon enough so I can call the body shop and get it scheduled in. my first show is April 12. I'm pushing for time. I cried like a little bitch. excuse my pretty little potty mouth. but my heart is broken.
