A 04/05 TSX would be on its 3-5 owner by now and have 125,000-175,000 miles on average. A car in those years are usually traded in because it is cheaper to replace than fix. You are going to need to have full asking price in cash, have weeks/months to look, have a mechanic on standby to double-check the TSX, and be willing to travel a day or more to find a low mileage 04/05 TSX that doesn't need some work. I would stay away from a TSX that has a lot engine mods. No one is going to heavily mod an engine just to give it away for someone else to enjoy. I can live with brake or suspension mods.
Unless it is a budget thing or style thing; the 06-08 TSX has some pretty nice upgrades and you might fine more in the 1-2 owner low mileage range.

What's your definition of low mileage? As noted above, I doubt one exists.
That said, these cars are durable. I wouldn't rule out a well maintained high mileage TSX.
My girlfriend purchased an '08 with 130k in July, and it looks more like a 50k mile car (clearly taken care of).
Check the thread posted by the member that has over 500k on his TSX.

i got lucky and found one as a trade in at a local dealership this week. 2005, 6spd, nav, 1 owner, dealership maintained with all records, 108k miles. not exactly "super low" miles, but still pretty low for a commuter IMO
