Charging system

just replaced the battery and alternator on my 06 TSX. Charging system light comes on intermittently for 1 to 2 seconds when braking. First thought is a loose connection or serpentine belt. Replaced the belt. Checked every connection I could think of. I cleaned and verified ground connections and battery connections. I've read other threads where people have the same problem, but none ever end with a solution. Any help is appreciated.

It could be something unusual; loose harmonic balancer rubber bushing, faulty gauge panel circuit, or faulty alternator regulator circuit (even though new!). Suggest getting a voltage monitor , $12 at Walmart, and monitor voltage during times when light is coming on. If voltage goes below 12.6v, start looking for a fault in the circuit or harmonic balancer bushing. If stays above 12.6v, then gauge panel is suspect. I attached circuit diagram for additional help.

good luck
