I have an 06 TSX since new (almost 140K on her now). The times I got "check charging system" was a weak battery or the alternator wasn't fully charging the battery when driving causing an under charged battery/low voltage situation. Replaced both the battery and alternator in the last year.

Yep, that's your alternator dying. Same thing happened to mine at ~150k

Something similar happened to me a couple of years ago. I changed the battery and reset the ECU to fix it. It could also be the alternator because it died a year later.
