Automatic transmission drain bolt torque and filter

Does anyone know what the auto trans drain plug bolt torque spec is? I've got a 2007 TSX. I've got 190K and was also thinking of changing the external trans filter. Thoughts?
Thanks

Yes, absolutely change the filter.
It's available from NAPA & Rockauto.com
