2007 TSX Homelink MasterLift 8160W

Has anyone successfully programmed their Homelink with a Masterlift 8160W garage door opener? How?

Have you checked out the homelink website and used those instructions? Put in your make/model/year of car and make/model of garage door opener for instructions. If your garage door isn't listed; most likely, an opener within the same family will have the same linking instructions. Following the Homelink instructions and using the Genie Pro Stealth garage door opener to assist in programming was the only way I could ever get my homelink to work.

Homelink: https://www.homelink.com/home/welcome

Side Note: The only issue I have with Homelink is the buttons are always active. If you park outside, someone can break a window and open your garage door anytime. I always park my car in the garage because of that reason. If you can't park in your garage, you might look to get a key chain FOB garage door opener you can take with you.
