2004 TSX Burning smell; What to do

Hi:
The last few times I have used my 2004 TSX (w/53k miles), when I get back into my garage and get out, I smell a mild burning odor.
I have pulled out the oil and tranny fluid dipsticks and sniffed them but don't smell anything like a burning smell.
The oil temp gauge reads normal.
The oil, transmission fluid and brake fluid were replaced 6 months ago in June, 2018, about 1,500 miles ago.
There is nothing leaking from under the car.
Any ideas what this might be?
Do I need to rush out to my mechanic or can this wait a few weeks?

Thanks and Happy holidays!

could be brakes if they are original and now 14 years old. if they havnet been serviced it may be time or repalced.

Hi Kipsy:
I did the front rotors and pads in 2013 at 36k miles. Did rear pads in 2012 at 31k miles.

Caliper bolts could be sticking causing the rotors to burn up.
