2004 Tsx Help me identify this issue ( see video)
 

Background:
1st owner with 240k miles

Mobil1 extended full synthetic every 5k miles
No mods other than 3rd party hid lights
Front rear rotors are about 25% left with all pads are in 60% left.

Car rattles after 2 to 3 red gear then its find at idle or parked mode.
I've varied it's not my heart shield and my hood. I'll be checking my auto-tensioner next.

So long story short, I overfilled my power steering a few months ago. (never fill it under dim lit area kids) so anyways
It had caused tons of spillage all my engine bay, serpentine belt, alternator man it was a mess.
I was on the fense if I should steam /water hose clean it. I'm paranoid of any water on this car but I've made attempts to clean with gunk cleaner but the spill damage was done. Anyways I'm not sure if this was cause of the noise or could it be something else.
