I assume you have an AT. Part # 4 here. Be persistent if you order this part at a dealer parts counter. Most of the guys have no idea this part even exists.

As for fluid, just use OEM Honda ATF. It's the same as the Acura fluid and is a bit cheaper.

The recommended change interval for the 04 and 05 TSX auto trans (same for MT by the way) is 6 years or 120K miles (every 5 years or 90K miles after that). The maintenance nanny will remind you for the newer models, and the code will come on the screen at around that mileage (or time). That said, many here (including me) think that interval is way too long and change it earlier and more often. And in order to change it all, it has to be drained and filled 3 times (with a short drive in between), since you only get a third of the fluid out at a time. Honda DW-1 fluid should be used, and though deals vary, the cheapest I've found it is on ebay (in quantity). The filter is not considered a serviceable item and does not have a recommended replacement interval. I did change it though on both my 05 and 07 since it's cheap, not too hard to do, and I was bored. It's easily bought online if a dealer baulks at ordering it for you.
