It's been a while since I test drove a Mazda but I remember the interior of the 6 being only slightly bigger than the 3, and the 3 was more fun to drive (and less expensive, obviously).

If I were in your position, I would probably look for a used Infiniti G37

I keep hoping nothing ever happens to my '07 as there's nothing out there right now… Unfortunately, I need an auto for mine as I get randomly injured playing hockey and occasionally lose the use of a limb for brief periods of time… Otherwise I'd go for a WRX to add to our fleet (we have an '05 WRX and a '15 BRZ too…)
