Brake caliper covers - not fake Brembo

Brake caliper covers - not fake Brembo
Anyone have any thoughts on brake caliper covers? (Not the fake Brembos for your ricer wannabes.)
MGP has some covers that are officially licensed by Honda / Acura, and they "finish off" the OEM brake calipers. https://www.calipercovers.com/blog/m...h-honda-acura/
I'm trying to decide if they look cheesy or not.

$230.00!! Damn. Has anyone tried the RDX covers? A much cheaper option if it works.

I have seen these up close and here is my two cents. From a distance they don't look too bad, but IMO once you get up close they look cheap.
As ggesq mentioned above look into the RDX covers. I think they would look better, if they work.

The MGP covers are officially licensed, but the RDX cover definitely look better. The fake fasteners holes and the shape were what had me on the fence, but the logo/font type are on point.
My vote is for the RDX covers.

How is this any less rice... because it says Honda or Acura instead of Brembo? You're still pretending to have large brake calipers with either covers, are you not?

I decided to install the new 2013 RDX brake covers to the rear of my calipers to give them a nice clean look to match the brembos up front. A lot of members have been doing them for the front of their non brembo calipers. Covers are $22.00 from the dealership look me no more than a few mins to install and repaint them black, then 2 hours for the RTV to cure. Let me know what you guys think!!

With very open wheels they looked like crap. Covered them with re-sprayed (high temp BBQ black) used covers.
