I've been hearing it recently....the knock knock knock sound when I go to park. It doesn't seem like it's coming from the engine. Sounds coming from the underbody.

I also hear my timing belt sounding funky when I turn the engine on in the cold mornings. What could it be?

knock knock might be the tranny shifting into park

funk sound from belt is kindaq normal..i think its the pulley

It makes the sound after I park. When I leave the car. It goes on for like a minute or so.

Sounds like metal contracting and expanding to me. It's normal.

possibly a tranny issue. I suggest getting a tranny flush that's some good shiet

I have the same thing, its not as much a knock as it is a tap/ping of sorts though, I'll try and listen and describe it better later though.

I would think its the oil dripping back into the oil pan. I hear a ping also but it
sounds around the car too.

I think it's a Fuel pump sound and is normal.

Its normal on ALL Honda/Acuras with automatic transmissions.
