Torque Settings and Service Manual

Hey, I'm struggling to find a few things like torque settings and part numbers for my 97 3.2 TL. I'll give a few examples:
  1. I'm gonna drain/fill my transmission fluid. There are some crush washers, but I can't find the part numbers. Online it looks like there is a standard crush washer for basically all hondas and acuras, but I don't see these listed in the service manual I've got.
  2. On the same transmission fluid job, I can't find the torque settings for the drain and fill plugs.
Mostly I'd like to know how to find these things. Do I just have a bad service manual?

Thanks

I found an Acura service manual at my library and was able to get the torque settings from that. For the washers they don’t give a part number. I’m hoping Honda used the same transmission washer across models.
