sluggish acceleration??

MY 96 3.2 TL HAS 113,000 MILES AND I NOTICED THAT THE CAR IS REALLY SLOW. MY MOMS 99 AVALON ACCELERATES FASTER THAN MY CAR AND MY FRIENDS 93 LEGEND IS ALSO FASTER THAN MINE. I GOT IT MAJORED SERVICED AND ALSO GOT OCTANE BOOSTER FOR IT BUT ITS STILL THE SAME. WHAT CAN I DO TO GET THE KICK BACK IN THE ACCELERATION AND GET MY TOP END SPEED BACK???

Go to your Acura dealer and tell them you want the "emissions recall" done to your car. Its free and doesn't cost the dealer a dime, in fact, it only costs Acura itself.

It will replace a bunch of things, plus its a free oil change

No.

They are just about equal if you compare similar engines.

Both Honda/Toyota make excellent and powerful engines (especially for their size)

OH YEAH I WAS ALSO WONDERING DOES YOUR FAN FROM THE ENGINE STAYS ON WHEN YOUR DRIVE FOR A DECENT TIME, LIKE YOUR CAR IS HAVING TROUBLES COOLING DOWN EVEN THOUGH THE THERMOMETER IS IN NORMAL TEMP. I JUST WANT TO KNOW IF ITS NORMAL OR IF ITS THE CAUSE OF MY SLOW ACCELERATION

Its normal. In fact, its quite typical of Honda engines of 2 liters or more.
