Please help..

My 96 3.2 tl seems to get the shivers. Like at times when its at standstill it shakes. I don't have a clue as to why. I recently installed a new transmission, transaxle & engine block. Also in the morning when it gets started it idles. Please help. All info is really appreciated. Thank you.

Sounds like a misfire. How's the fuel filter? Plugs? COPs? Could be numerous things. Have you checked for codes? Loose connector? Did this start right after all your work?

COP = Coil On Plug. I was referring to the spark plugs. When they replaced the block, they would have had to remove many electrical connectors. Fuel injectors, COPs, etc, etc. Are they all back on properly? Any loose? Any broken wires? Scan tool is a good place to start for sure. The plug for the OBD-II scan tool is under the ashtray....

Where is the code reader port on a 1998 Acura 3.2TL. I have an - Fixya
