every so often my 96 TL "blinks" out. like a loss of total power for just the blink of an eye. not often and it doesnt effect anything but its weird. anyone ever had that? is there a main fuse/relay?

My 2.5 had similar issue but not exactly the same one. It would just turn itself of after sudden idle jump or seemed like it was gasping for gas or air and cut off.
I changed the main relay, IACV, plugs, plug wire, cleaned throttle body and the butterfly and many more little things.
Spend over $1500.00 at different Honda shops but to no avail.

I had to get rid of it.

what a bummer, fortunately mine doesnt die and i know its electrical some how cause its everything blinking out, literally for a millisecond,its really a non issue as of now, but ide like to fix it if possible. i hear it in the A/C and see it in the lights, seems to only be at night, very rarely in the day. BUT where is that main relay you speak of? ide like to try that.

In 2.5, the main relay is underneath the dash on the driver side.
You might have an intermittent issue with the alternator or the electrical part of the ignition switch.
