Notice when no-start condition is presented, whether the Alt, Oil Pressure, and Check Engine Light come on when key is turned to ON position. If not, the ignition switch assembly needs to be replaced. A common fault on TL's.
If keyswitch is OK, then fuel supply may be missing. Again for no-start condition presented, turn keyswitch to ON. You should hear a click from under the dash (main fuel relay) and fuel pump in tank buzz for 2-3 secs and go off. If you hear silence, the Main Fuel Relay or fuel pump are likely faulty.
If both above checks are negative, then somehow ignition spark is not occurring. Check for spark w/ a timing light connected to any spark plug lead. Turn engine over. No flash = no spark
good luck
