MPG after o2 senor change?

What is your guys MPG after you done the emission warranty? I recently got it done and the MPG only when from 17.8 (before) to 18.4 (after). I was hoping for a much higher MPG after the change. Is this normal? What can I do to increase the MPG. thanks

I'm interested in this as well...it seems like I get less than 16 MPG, and it's getting lower. I just got the emissions thing in November. I dunno if they checked the O2 sensors. How do you know if they replaced it or not?

Do you have the reciept from the work? If you do, it should be on there that it was replaced. My milage was down around 18city/23highway, and it is now back up after I got the coolant flushed and filled. That could be something else to look into.

Don't forget that your tires lose pressure as the air gets colder also, less pressure gives you worse milage, the should all be up around 30-32ish for optimal (suggested) performance.

Hmmm after looking through my gas log (I keep track of MPG)

I'd have to say there was no significant difference overall.

Avg before the Emissions work was 23.7 mpg, avg after is 23.9 mpg.

my average MPG so far, since i've had the car, has been around 19.8'ish. that's a bit of city, but mostly hwy miles. i do let it warm up in the morning for like 3-5 minutes. could that be killing my miles. when i am in the city, i don't usually get on it much at all. i'm semi-confused. i just added some FI cleaner tonite. hope that helps.
