Codes p1491 and p0141
Just joined today!! I bought a 1996 Acura TL, with 134,500 miles and it has two codes. Can anyone help me?

1491 is egr valve
0141 is o2 sensor

Which means this.

P0141 for that vehicle is a - Faulty Heated Oxygen Sensor (H2OS) Bank 1 Sensor 2.

As shimmy said p1941 is for the EGR. You would need to disconnect the EGR valve and tubes and clean them out if you can before replacing them.

Thanks guys! I fixed the p1491 code. Now I only have the p0141 because some idiot welded the rear o2 sensor.
