Changing Injector on '96 3.2?
I might have to change an injector on my '96 3.2 but i'll probably let my mechanic (not a garage) do it.
My question is simple though: How difficult is it to change? How much time are we looking at here? Is it simply plug and play or is there anything complex to be done (my mechanic was talking about possibly needing a ECU reprogramming?)

I don't own a 3.2L engine so not familiar with the setup, but I've done it before on a Maxima VG30E and it requires removal of intake manifold/throttle body plenum, air intake, and all surrounding wires/accessories to get to the fuel rail and injectors. Pretty much straight forward once you remove everything up to this point and didn't have to reprogram the ECU.

Actually the fuel system sits on top of the engine, just under the plastic cover. Doesn't seem to require removing the intake manifold.
But what you said is reassuring... if anyone could confirm this?
