black paint fading from windshield wiper arms

does anybody know a good way to renew the black on our windshield wiper arms. Mine are turning silver bad.

Are the arms expensive, i don't need blades. I need the bolt on arms

Just unfasten them and use a can of spray paint, let them dry and put them on. This happens to all cars that are out in the sun. My driver's side wiper is starting to get that way, I'll probably do it this afternoon.

I used flat black barbecue paint. Worked (& looks) perfect.

Painting Wiper Arms

Yup, did it on my old car. Will do it on my 3.2. Paint's fading, I wonder why.

Yeah me too! I used a cheap flat black(Big Lots), worked great.
