I posted a question about a tapping valves in my 97 3.2 tl and some people are telling me that its time for an adjustment but I went to the dealer and he told me that you dont adjust valves in those 3.2 engines because those are hydraulic valves you only adjust them in 2.5 Tl instead he told me to change my oil to a higher grade and he gave me this acura engine treatment . Does anybody have any other comments?

i dont know about the oil stuff but i have a 2.5 TL so thanks for the info

i don't know if this would count as advice, but here goes..

have the dealer sign off on the complaint, get a time and date. that way, if your ride takes a cr@p on you, you have it in writing that you* did *address the problem. it then may fall back on the dealer. is your ride still under warranty? that would really help.
