96 Acura 2.5tl Harmonic Balancer
The harmonic balancer in my 96 acura 2.5tl is bad. I have called everywhere trying to find one and no one can order one. Does anyone have any ideas where to get a used harmonic balancer a new one is 350 and I just can't do that right now. Any help at all would be great.

Not many available apparently. Try car-part.com for used parts and look for something local. I had this part go out on my 2.5TL and it wound costing me a bundle due to a mistake by an out-of-town mechanic. Ebay may be an option also.
Installation must be done carefully to insure the new harmonic balancer/crankshaft pulley is correctly engaged on the crankshaft (woodruff key engaged). If not, the pulley could come loose, allowing timing belt pulley to become disengaged from crankshaft. This mistimes engine and valves resulting in damaged valve train, which is what happened in my case. Be Careful!
