'96 Acura 2.5TL electrical issues, cant jump start

So I've had this car for a while, just made a 3000-mile road trip from California, and now I can't get the thing to start, so I tried to get another car to jump it, and no luck.

I've had issues with this car before, where the alarm was going off, and I eventually got it to work, but not before I cut the horn connection and fiddled with the doors a bunch. I've tried everything that I can think of myself, and several so-called "solutions" that I've found online, as electric issues appear to be a commonplace issue with this model car.

Anyways, I've also taken a bunch of pictures of things, maybe they will help. I found a fuse that didn't look right, but I don't know what it's for. I was hoping it was the alarm and that it would jump start unplugged, but it didn't. Anyways, the pictures are here.

Starter and/or main relays are possible culprits.

Moving this to the 1st generation TL forum. Best of luck and welcome!

It might be worth noting that the car was sitting for a week, and I left the interior light on. That's why I thought it was just a dead battery, but jumping doesn't help. It turns over, but that's it.

the first pix you took of the "weird" fuse is the honda eld(electrical load detector). it job is the make the alternator makes less voltage at around 13.2v or so instead of the full 14v when there is no load. when there is load, it will provide the full 14v. try hitting your starter, when you have someone turn the key.

Got the car fixed, called a guy from craigslist to look at it, and it was an issue with the fuel pump. He adjusted the pump which can be found in the truck under the mat, and the car started up just like that!!
