You got the right tire size for the 19" so that's great however 45mm offset is going to be VERY close to the front brakes.
It wont have any problems in the rears.
The stock rims that came with my 1998 3.2 were 65mm offset and I have 45mm 16" right now and I keep thinking my rims will rip off my entire front end one of these days if anything moves just a tad. The rims clears the breakes by a single credit card thickness.
The width of those rims will stick out where the fender will hit the tires if it's too low or bottoms out.
I've thought about getting spacers however my wheels stick out father than I would like in the front right now so I'll wait until the tires are worn and replace the entire wheels with a higher offset.
I never would have thought 20 mm would make that much difference hower the front brake design has a metal bar that goes accross the pads that sticks out pretty far.
I would highly recommend that you TRY those wheels on your car before you purchase.

I have 18 x 7.5 x 45 offset wheels with 225 x 40 tires on my 97 3.2TL and with Eibach springs and Koni Sport shocks, the rear tire rubs on the fender lip when I corner hard.
If you decide to get 45 offset with 8" wide rims and 235 tires, you will definitely need to get the fenders rolled. In fact, you should have the tire shop do a test with one mounted wheel before you buy it because the tire may go beyond your fender line and that would be an expensive bit of body work. My regret is that I did not get about a 50 offset so that I would not have to roll the fenders.

You should pass on those per my comments above.
If you can find an offset closer to 60 then it's another story.

off-set
just remember, the bigger the number the farther in sticks in, the smaller the number like 35mm the further it sticks out. I worked at discount tire for some time. I have 42mm off-set they are 18's but no rubbing or even comming close to the brakes at all. I though about getting 19's but the cost on tires is nuts!!!! Its like buying 20's... good luck. if you need any help I have a mast fitment guide which tells you any off-set and size that it can handle...
