I am planning on picking up a set of wheels from my friend.
I drive a 2000 RL
the specs are:
bolt pattern 5x114.3
20x8.5 fronts 20x10 backs
offset according to the website either 20 or 35 for the fronts and either 25 or 43 for the backs. (I'm not sure which set he has)

My rl is slammed on coils right now, im worried that i might have to raise my car for the wheels to fit, roll my fenders, or that they might not fit at all.
i just dont want them to stick out too much..

can anyone give me any advice or answers ??

In my experience those wheels will not fit on the rear at all. I am running an 18 x 9 +42 with a 225/45r18 and my rears rub pretty hard with passengers or stuff in the trunk. A 10" wide wheel is way too wide for our cars. You would have to have like a +60 offset to clear the fender and if you did have one that high you would rub the inner fender well.

see the first 2 RLs -
1- you will have to raise your car to fit them, good thing your on coils
2- you will definitely have to roll your fenders
3- you may need to run some camber or use a 5-10mm spacer...

find out for sure the offset of the wheels, you should be able to see it on the back face of the wheel, it should look something like 20x10 +43 or 20x10 ET+40 or something like that...

Agreed. Those wheels are too wide to work in the rears and you would need to roll and pull to much and run excessive amounts to camber for them to work... and remember, excessive camber looks stupid.
