Tuckin 20's????
I am in the process of purchasing a set of 20 x 7.5's w/ +42 offset. These wheels are the skinniest 20's w/ the highest offset I could find that I actually liked. Im gonna go with the 225/35/20 cause the 30 series on our heavy cars is just to much. I currently have 20 x 8.5's w/ +38 offset that came on the car when I purchased it. They scrub even when i rolled the fenders, but I expected that. I have somewhat measured on the rear and even though I have my fenders rolled, I still think I'm gonna scrub in the rear with these new wheels. I have seen many of yall slammed, tuckin' 20's with 8 or 9 wide wheels. Is it all about camber or what? Please teach me the way ! ! !
I've been reading alot on the forums but haven't really gotten a straight forward answer. Thanks for the help in advance!

no but really if you want to run 20's your going to have to invest in front n rear camber kits that will let you pull 20's in along with rolling fenders.
total cost for camber kits insralled n rolling fenders = 650 plus or minus depending if you do the work urself etc.

I've had 20's on my car for 5 years and gas mileage is 17/city. stock width is 7 so i'm not skinnier than stock. I'm running 8.5 wide now and its just too wide. I'm not gonna argue with anyone about whether 20's are too big or if I believe that 18's with that fat tire look like garbage...to each their own. Just asking a question. OldHatch: If I went to 19's I'd have to lower it to fill the wheel gap...is ur's lowered? I'm really just wanting to clear the fender lip. I don't really scrub too bad as is w/ the 245/35/20's, but want to be able to carry 4 passengers with a full tank of gas and not worry about it. My avatar pic shows some 22 x 8.5's that my friend let me try on...lol. Looked huge but no way i was getting away with that!
