Strange noise at highway speeds (70-80)

Strange noise at highway speeds (70-80)
I have a 2002 3.5RL and for some reason that crazy sound seems to happen 2/3rds through the commute...It sounds like it comes from the rear-its awfully annoying...Other than that I LOVE this CAR...I havent had anyone in the car or a heavy load either-what gives???Can someone assist me with this...What can be done???
