Sold the RL...at the end of August
Well folks, I'm a little late to making this announcement, but as of the end of August, I'm no longer an RL owner. With that said, I'm still in the Acura family--I picked up an amazingly clean, low mile CPO'd '07 TL Type-S...that's currently for sale I'll be getting into a super-cheap lease through work, and as much as I love the TL, it's just too good to pass up. Photos of the old RL and the new(ish) TL Type-S are attached for your viewing enjoyment. If anyone wants to buy a super clean CPO'd TL Type-S, lemme know

35,000 miles on the TL. Love the car--it really is a lot of fun.
Replacement is a 2012 Mercedes-Benz C250 Sport. Premium 1 package, COMAND hard drive nav, keyless go, rearview cam, and walnut trim. Palladium Silver on Ash MB Tex. Just placed the order today.
I know, I know, the TL is arguably the better vehicle, but the deal is way too good to pass up.

TL's gone. Picked up the new ride two weeks ago. Sold the TL on a Wednesday, not knowing when the new ride would arrive. Well, I was notified on Thursday that I could pick the car up on Saturday. Worked out perfectly! Was able to borrow a spare vehicle from good friends until I picked the car up.
So far, so good. I'm a big fan of COMAND. My hand falls right to the controller and the Navi is very intuitive to use. There's a certain solidity to this car that cannot be replicated. Keyless Go is a nice feature, as well, though I find myself unlocking it with the key at night to activate the puddle lighting. All in all, I'm very happy with this car.

The previous generation C-class was, agreeably, total junk. This generation seems to be very solid, however. Mercedes certainly seems to be back on the straight and narrow. I'll keep everyone posted on the reliability as I'm still somewhat skeptical.
