Took the bumper off, polished up the lens of the headlight housing, got to the bulb and the D2R replacement bulb is $100 @ Advanced because my Acura dealer is closed today and I am sure they are a lot more. I searched eBay for replacement bulbs and they have some for under $50, which bulb can I purchase and get the blue-ish tint color lighting fro my headlights? Thanks.

For $50ish, go with Morimoto bulbs from theretrofitsource.com, I think they have an Acurazine discount code too.

I'm blind, as they say, and could not figure out what the 8000 (or 6000 or 10000...) meant in the selection options. Then I hovered over the color chart and it hit me. The higher the x000, the darker the bulb.
