Power windows and mirrors do not work after replacing the driver side door.

Hoping for some direction before I start guessing with a multi meter.

Problem: None of the power windows or mirrors work at all after replacing the entire drivers side door. I tried putting the interior panel(with all the original controls) from the original door back, but still - nothing.

Background:
  • 2001 Acura RL (no Nav).
  • Driver's door came from '97 RL with same colors/same controls.
  • I have checked all the connections and re-seated everything multiple times.
  • There is no sound when I try to use the switches.
  • The trunk release works fine.
  • The door locks work fine
  • The seat memory works
  • I have checked all fuses (I think! I checked everything I thought could be related inside and under the hood
Questions:
  1. Is this issue more likely some connection issue? Or could something in the door be causing it not to work. Should I put the old door back on to see if it is in the door?
  2. Any general advice or how to's on how to troubleshoot?

I was gonna say the connection to the master unit but if it's seated then it's possible that unit is bad
