Yeah that thing is really nice man i just wanted to throw a little wrinch in the mix on the other thread, but to each is there own. I just dont understand why you did chrome pillars and chrome everything minus the rims. Chorme and aluminum clash so much.; But nice car man.

Thanks for your kind words ron, i hope you can understand that the specs are kinda personal. It took me alot of money to find the right combo. And the car sits differently now. I will say they are 19x9.5 but my next set will be 19x10 with low offsets.

Your car is too sexy...it looks almost like a 05-06 Rl in the front. If you were to sell your ride how much would you sell it for ? I think you have the nicest looking whip in this website but the only gripe, in my opinion, would be your rims...I think it would look much sleeker if it had rims similar to something on the new Honda Accord 09...just my 2 cents.

The car looks hot! I think that's the first VIP RL that I've seen. There's a ton of Lexus and Infiniti models floating around. It's nice to see something different. It's nice to see Honda can play that game too.

Thanks, in regards to the rims they are a true favorite of mine. However for 2009 i am going with a different look.More OEM.
There are many VIP Style Ka9's in Japan. But i think very few in the US.

Money? You paid someone to do the measurements? When I was mounting my 9.5's (with a +40) on my 4th gen Maxima, I put the car on jacks and took measurements. Rolled my fenders while I was at it.
No offense, but that's just silly. You're on air suspension, so you have a large amount of camber assistance thanks to your IFS/IRS.
I will never understand why people feel the need to hide specs on their wheels.

care to share any info on your suspension?
im looking for a 1.5 inch drop all around, and definately dont want to sacrifice the ride comfort. when i have the money, i think im going to get the skipper kit, or the evolution kit... but untill then...

hows the ride on the air suspension?
god i can wait to get my civic salveaged, had a black one that i tried to apply the cleanness of vip and simple bmw influence...
1999 black civic coupe - 17" 5zigen hiedfields in gold (kinda look like the works vs-xx in gold, perfect pinky gap drop, gold emblems... basic bolt ons and a mugen lip... god im gona miss that car, damn red light runner... but at least it got me my ka9! oh and if you know anyone modding civics, my car is stilling in my driveway waiting for me to part her out and sell her. the rest goes to scrap...
If you dont want to broadcast your wheel specs, mind PMing them to me? im thinking about getting a mesh style wheel like the work vs-xx in 18s.

Thats hot.. do I have to lower my car if I decide to get 18 or 19's or will just getting thinner tires make the car looks normal ( as the wheels aren't making the car look like its flying in the air)
