Hi all,

My 99 RL power steering belt has some slack. I need to tighten it up. I found instructions on how to adjust the mounting nut and adjusting bolt. But before I can get there, I need to:
1. Remove the air cleaner (ACL)

Can someone please explain how to do that.

I checked the manual, but they did not saying anything about tighten the belt. I'll double check for you.
