Unhappy Dead animal smell in Frame rail for 4 months

Hi,
I bought my wife an '04 RL in September. It had only 50,000 miles on it and was in mint condition. a week after we drove it home it started to smell like death. The smell quickly got so bad, no-one could sit in the car. Over the next 3 1/2 months we had various repair shops, Acura dealer and body shop try to figure out where the smell was coming from. Finally the Acura dealer using a horoscope, and found a dead ¿mouse?, in the driver side frame rail. They said they couldn't cut into the frame rail for safety reasons. Our insurance company agreed that they couldn't cut into it. Eventually they declared the car a total loss. We opted to keep it, and are trying to figure out how to get the critter out of there. I've tried a radon generator, then constant fan, and finally, 500 maggots, in the two tiny holes by the driver's seat. It's been 3 more weeks and STILL it smells to high heaven. Any suggestions on how to get rid of, melt, burn this guy out would be greatly appreciated.

Acura dealer used a "boroscope" camera.
