Power steering pump issue 2002 RL

Got a whirring sound jus started , thoughts if it is the pump or maybe jus bad orings ...any advice appreciated

Which Orings you should bleed the system and see if the noise disappears how old is the pump? have you been flushing the system at least evry 2 years?
