2002 RL VSA Light. Tried most... Manuals??

2002 RL, 70,000. YES 70,000. VSA and other light comes on randomly but consistently after driving for several miles. Always goes off after turning car off and restart. Never on at start up. Can toggle system on and off with dash switch. Tires are proper. Wheel sensor rings cleaned. All 4 wheel brake pads are at 75% or better. Brake fluid flushed and full. 100% clean from furthest wheel to closest. Have not PULLED calipers to see if any sticking, but braking is normal, straight and even wear on pads. Brake lights worked, but replaced the switch anyway in case PART of the switch was faulty, but lights still worked. My question is, Is there any technical trouble shooting manual, bulletins, etc... to systematically go through the system? OR does anyone know how to do this or where the resources are. Can't be strictly R&R parts until problem goes away and I NEVER want to go to dealer or anyone else. I love to do it myself and learn. Thoughts? Help??? Anything appreciated.

Additional information

Ok. So more items tried. No engine or anti lock brake codes being generated. I know VSA does not generate codes. Pulled all calipers and verified not hanging, Cleaned actual sensors on Front wheels. Slightly rusty. (Lightly sanded). No sensors on rear wheels. Double checked tire size, inflation. Checked harnesses. No luck, still same, same. Light consistently comes on approximately 5-10 minutes after driving. Doesn't need to be in a turn or going fast, but seems to generator code faster if driving 60+.

I found this online and it appears to be the same issue your are experiencing, and it maybe the fluid level sensor on the master cylinder causing the problem. Check link below.

I'm pretty sure that would generate a "brake" light on the dash not the VSA lights.

I only sent the link because the writers complaint "mirrored your issue exactly, but with no feedback I don't know if the mechanics advice was valid, or if the the writer tried replacing the switch or not. The only other thing that comes to mind is that it occurs after 5-10 minutes of driving and at 60+ mph could it be a rotor heating and warping temporarily? This a appears to be common problem for Acura across many of their platforms it seems. Sorry I couldn't be more help, fixing and intermittent system gripe like this is tough and as you noted leads to r/r of parts in hopes of fixing something that doesn't appear to be broken when you work on it.
